We're a growing, established home services company serving New Jersey, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, repair and installations.

We're looking for a confident, motivated Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, closing deals, and being rewarded for great results.

The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll focus on following up with existing customers, open estimates, and unsold opportunities to help customers move forward with their home service needs.

What You'll Do:

• Follow up on open estimates, unsold leads, and past customers to close sales.
• Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present solutions.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence.
• Overcome objections, communicate value, and ask for the sale.
• Manage follow-up opportunities and consistently work toward sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, or call center sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Confident, competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Home services experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $52,000 Annual Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Top Sales Performers Earn Well Over $200,000 Annually!
• Performance-driven compensation with no commission cap.

Location: Manasquan, NJ (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Best time to reach homeowners)
