What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Present Service Repair Options to each customer to enhance comfort and performance
- Deliver 5-star service experiences on every call
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Maintain accurate job documentation through our CRM system
- Ensure all work is performed to code and follows safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- EPA certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills
- Availability to work a rotating weekend on-call schedule

Experience: HVAC Service: 3 years (Preferred)
